Our December Service Unit Event for 2000 was held at the South Cobb Community Center on December 8th from 6:30 to 9:30 pm.

Each troop was given the basic supplies to "build" a gingerbread house, and a table to work on. The idea was to create the prettiest gingerbread house possible.

This event was one of the most fun I've been too in years. It was a chance for the troops to get together and talk and work on a fun filled project. The project was making a gingerbread house and decorate in a certian amount of time. We all got very messy and covered in frosting. In the end we didn't win but got an honorable mention. The experience however was the best part. I hope this event is going to be an event to come many times in the comming years.
