Rovenia Wilson, with Troop 2842 just got news of her brother passing.I don't have details as of this moment, but as soon as I hear more I will pass the information along.

May 09, 2005 - From Gloria Todd at the Girl Scout Council of Northwest Georgia "We are in the process of forming a new girl committee to punch up the girls section of the web. I have recruited two wonderful young women to work with the girls, Jamie Hain will be a senior at UGA and Andrea Rioux will be a junior at Breneau.
We are looking for girls 11-17 (we would really like to have a representative from each county) who really enjoys surfing the web and can share great ideas to make our site look better and be more informative.

GSUSA will feature our website in the fall issue of The Leader Magazine so we need the committee formed yesterday.

Please please, help us by sending this out to everyone you have in your address book so that we can get the word out ASAP.
I am also attaching an application. Girls may email back the application portion so that we will receive it quicker. Thank you so much for your Help!!"

January 10, 2005 - Attention Attention Attention --- The cookie training date has been changed, I am sorry, but after our training on Saturday, we were given the start date as January 21... if we do the training on the 19th as planned troops that meet on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and Saturday will not have a chance to train their girls. So due to the start date of January 21, our training will be changed to this Wednesday night the 12th. Still at my house, I am sorry for the change in date, but to be fair we need to change it. If you cannot make it, I will meet with you at a different time, but don't take advantage of this, I have a life too...... somewhere, I think. Call if you have questions or e-mail. Thanks and see you on the 12th, 7:00 pm

Also January Junior Team meeting has been cancelled (was on January 16th). There will be a brief Junior team meeting at the skating lock-in. However, if the girl has not already paid for the skating lock-in, she does not need to be present at the meeting.
