Tamika did such a good job on these reminders I thought everyone could use them.   Don't forget if you have questions or some concerns about upcoming activities, please contact me or your consultant, that is what we are here for.

Good Evening:
 
I hope that everyone is having a wonderful evening.  Below are a few reminders for the upcoming weeks.  If you have any question give me a call 770-732-3192 hm or 678-522-0306 c.  Thank you for all of the hard work and dedication to the girls of Sleepy Hollow.
 
Service unit meeting
  • November 7th at 7pm at the South Cobb Community Center
  • Permission slips for the Mother/daughter event and winter retreat are due.
  • Submit consultant reports, registrations, annual fund, etc.
  • Tom Watt payments are due
  • T-shirt are back. If you like to pick up orders contact Barbara to make arrangements
  • Everyone should have a bank account, if you have not submitted a blank, signed troop check to Barbara, bring it on next week
  • begin talking to troop about cookie sales they begin in january.
Service projects
  • should be completed by troop monthly and entered on your consultant reports
  • Service Unit project for November is the thanksgiving baskets. deadline to submit items to team will be given at the SU meeting
Junior Team
  • Next meeting: November 4th 3p-5p
  • 1 representative from each troop (preferably the leaders daughter).  Multi age levels may have a representative for each level.
  • Jr. Team service project: collecting new and gently used coats and baby blankets.  please bring to next meeting.
